14-Day Returns Policy

We offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging

  • All accessories must be included

  • You must contact us before returning

Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is faulty.

12 Month Manufacturer Warranty

All scooters include a 12 month manufacturer warranty covering mechanical and electrical faults.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage

  • Misuse

  • Normal wear and tear

If you experience an issue, contact us and we will assist with troubleshooting or replacement parts where applicable.
